It’s (nearly) Annual Gathering time again…

CALTON-1Monday 6th June, 6-8pm
Edinburgh Quaker Meeting House
7 Victoria Terrace
Edinburgh EH1 2JL

The Beltane Annual Gathering 2016: Working Together for Edinburgh will be the Beltane Public Engagement Network’s biggest single event of the year! We hope it will energise you, allow you to meet others with shared interests, and provoke you to take your next public engagement step. We would also like you to use it as an opportunity to tell us what Beltane and its partners should do in 2017.

At this year’s Gathering, we’ll be finding out how the four universities in Edinburgh – Beltane’s partner universities – work together for the benefit of the wider city. There will be an opportunity to share your own work or simply find out more about what others are doing. As with all Beltane Network activities, the emphasis will be on public engagement with research.

The Edinburgh Quaker Meeting House, the venue for our 2016 Gathering, is in the very heart of the city with fantastic views across it. As well as being a regular meeting place for the Religious Society of Friends, it is also a major Edinburgh Fringe venue and a year-round host to a variety of events.
