The Famelab science communication competition returns to Scotland in early 2019!
Could you communicate a scientific concept accurately and with clarity and charisma? Could you do it in just three minutes, with no slides? If you’re aged 21 or over and working or studying in science, technology, engineering, medicine or maths, then sign up for Famelab!

/ Dundee heat: Friday 15th February, 4-6pm, Hannah Maclure Centre, Abertay University.
/ Glasgow heat: Tuesday 26th February, 6-8pm, Kelvin Hall, University of Glasgow.

Training will be provided for each regional heat. Once you have signed up for the heat via Famelab, local organisers will contact you with details of the training.
N.B. If you make it through to the Scotland final, you will need a presentation different from that which you did at the regional heat. You MUST register to compete via FameLab’s central system, even if you’ve already let your local organiser know you want to take part. Professional science communicators are not eligible to compete.
