We’re delighted to announce that the 100th Bright Club Edinburgh performer will appear at the 29th April show!
Bright Club Edinburgh came to Scotland in 2011. Originally founded by Steve Cross in London, the show features academic researchers doing an eight-minute stand-up comedy set about their research.
Bright Club Edinburgh doesn’t discriminate by subject, experience or fame. Any researcher who wants to tell jokes and funny stories about what they know best is welcome! The Edinburgh organising team, themselves Bright Club performers, give you full training to help you find those funny bones. To maximise audience engagement, you perform in a real-live comedy club in front of a paying crowd.
If you want to see what it’s all about, join us at The Stand Edinburgh on 29th April!
